The chocolate used to form this fossil bar is 39% cocoa solids: origin Ecuador so in the chocolate world considered to be the best!
A milk chocolate, it has a rich roasted cocoa flavour, slightly fruity tones.
The chocolate is tempered by hand in small batches and hand poured into the mould to produced a truly handcrafted product.
Handcrafted in Dorset in a small kitchen by the Jurassic coast.
